Will Fenwick is an associate attorney at Pearce Law, LLC. Will received his Bachelor of Science degree from Ramapo College in 2010 and received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2015. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the District of Columbia. Following graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable James J. Guida of the Superior Court of New Jersey. As a law clerk, he dealt extensively with all matters related to criminal law, including municipal appeals, expungements, and motion practice.
Will's practice focuses on civil/commercial litigation, municipal law, corporate disputes, construction litigation, and mortgage and tax foreclosure defense. Will has a keen interest in election law and constitutional law.
