RANDY T. PEARCE is an experienced and highly efficient transactional and litigation attorney who is the founding partner of the firm. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in 1982, he received a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark in 1985. At Rutgers, he served as Chairman of the Moot Court Board and as a Chapter Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. Following his graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frederick B. Lacey in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Pearce's practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, business and contract disputes, employment litigation including wrongful termination claims and negotiating employment separation agreements, Interstate Carrier litigation, commercial collections and consumer fraud litigation. He has been involved in matters in the state and federal courts in New Jersey at the trial level, in appellate courts in New Jersey and in the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Previously, Mr. Pearce served as the Planning Board attorney for over twenty years for the Borough of North Arlington. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the U.S. District Court and District of New Jersey.

Mr. Pearce was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and The U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey in 1985. In 1987, he was admitted to practice before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and in 1999 he was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
