Brian E. Fleisig

received his Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College in 1988 and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law in 1992. He is licensed to practice before the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. From 1992 to 1999, Brian Fleisig served as the firm's primary litigation, matrimonial and real estate associate, gaining significant experience in complex litigation, planning and zoning and real estate matters. Since becoming partner in 1999, Mr. Fleisig has become the head of the matrimonial, real estate and environmental dispute departments of the firm. Mr. Fleisig presently sits as Municipal Judge in New Milford and has served as special prosecutor for the Borough of Fairview. Mr. Fleisig has also served a mediator for family disputes, as special counsel to the Kearny Municipal Utilities Authority and has sat as counsel for the North Arlington Planning Board. Mr. Fleisig also has extensive municipal court litigation experience.

Mr. Fleisig is a member of the Bergen County Municipal Judges Association and the Bergen County and New Jersey Bar Associations. Mr. Fleisig served as an officer in the New Jersey National Guard from 1988 through 1998. He is currently a member of the American Legion and the 104th Army Engineer Battalion Association.
