Jill Horton-Miller received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College in 1989 and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University of School of Law-Newark in 1992. She is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York. While at Rutgers, she was a member of the Computer and Technology Law Journal. Following graduation from law school, she served as a law clerk to the late Honorable Nicholas Mandak, Assignment Judge of the Passaic County Superior Court.

Lisa DeMarco received her Bachelor of Arts degree from William Paterson University in 1995 and received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2002, graduating cum laude. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. At New York Law School, she served as Executive Editor of the New York Law School Moot Court Association. She won first place in the 2001 Herbert Wechsler National Moot Court competition with Best Brief and Best Oralist honors. She was a quarter finalist in the 2000 Froessel Moot Court competition. Following graduation from law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ralph L. DeLuccia of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Gregory Randazzo received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University in 2003 and a Juris Doctor from Villanova University of School of Law in 2006. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey. Following graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable William R. DeLorenzo, Jr. in the Bergen County Superior Court, Family Part. As a Law clerk, he dealt extensively with all aspects of Family Law including divorce, custody and domestic violence matters.

Jonah B. Kimmelstiel is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey. Mr. Kimmelstiel's practice focuses in the areas of complex commercial litigation and employment law. Mr. Kimmelstiel graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010.
During law school, Mr. Kimmelstiel served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Rachel N. Davidson in Newark. Mr. Kimmelstiel was also a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board, where he competed in multiple national competitions. Additionally, he served as a member of the Seton Hall University School of Law Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board.
Mr. Kimmelstiel is an active member in the Justice Robert L. Clifford Inn of Court as well as the American Bar Association.
Mr. Kimmelstiel received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University in 2005. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Kimmelstiel served a legal assistant in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York.

Christopher O. Eriksen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Rutgers College in 1989, and received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Rutgers Law School-Newark in 1993. While at Rutgers Law School-Newark, Chris was Senior New Jersey Developments Editor for the Rutgers Law Review, and published two law review articles: Expert Science Fiction: A Comment on Rubanick v. Witco Chemical Corp., 45 Rutgers L. Rev. 165 (1993) and Administrative Searches And Seizures Under the Uniform Enforcement Act, 45 Rutgers L. Rev. 375 (1993).
In 1995, Chris earned a Master of Arts degree from Rutgers School of Criminal Justice. While enrolled in his Master's Degree program, Chris worked as an intern for The Honorable Samuel A. Alito, Jr., Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and later for The Honorable Leonard I. Garth, Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. After graduation in 1995, Chris served as a law clerk to The Honorable Robert E. Cowen, Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Chris specializes in complex multiparty civil litigation and appellate practice.

Kenneth Del Vecchio
Kenneth Del Vecchio, a 1994 graduate of Temple Law School, is the author of some of the nation's bestselling legal books, including criminal codebooks published by Prentice Hall and New Jersey Law Journal Books/ALM, as well as a bestselling criminal suspense novelist. He is the owner of The Criminal Law Learning Center, where he has taught thousands of police officers and lawyers. - Michael Phillips
Michael Phillips, of counsel to the firm, was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1983, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, New York and U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1984. Mr. Phillips received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the City University of New York in 1970 and a Master of Geology degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1980. Mr. Phillips went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University in 1982 and was a staff Attorney for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 1983-1984.
